Greenway have been offering holidays provision throughout the school holidays since 2012. We are open Tuesday to Friday during some of the school holidays and to be able to access the holiday programmes you child must live in the Dales ward area Sneinton, St Anns and Bakersfield. The cost of the provision is £2 per child per day and we offer a light lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Ages 8 - 12 years only.
Some of our holiday programmes are funded by HAF and only open children in the city who access free school meals.
We offer the following activities multi sports, dance and gymnastics, baking (funding permitted) and arts and crafts. Friday is our usual trip day and subject to funding we can offer places at reduced costs.

We collect information about you with your permission when you:
• Book your child onto one of our activities, such as weekly sessions and holiday programmes.
• Complete a consent form when booking a child on one of our activities.
• Provide any information about yourself via our website.
• Contact us via email or contact us by phone.
Ways we use your Data
We may use your data:
• to contact you in case of emergency.
• to get in contact with you to make you aware of activities that are happening at the centre.
• to inform you of community events that are happening in the local area.
• data such as age, ethnicity is useful for future funding applications.
• to produce registers for our youth sessions and holiday programmes.
How we manage your personal data
Electronic data – Your information will be entered into a Customer Relationship Management software package. This is a password-protected storage system that helps us to analyse our clients/customers and to understand who we are reaching.
Paper data – Paper records of people’s personal details are held on-site in secure and lockable filing cabinets.
Who will see it
The data processed by The Greenway Centre will not be shared with any third-party organisations or individuals without the consent of the individual who is the subject of the data. Exceptions to this
include the sharing of data to prevent a crime or to safeguard an individual and where required by law. Any reports produced as a result of the data analysis will be strictly anonymised to prevent the
identification of individuals.
Data Retention
In line with the Data Protection act and GDPR Regulations, we aim to keep personal data in a form that permits identification of any individual for no longer than is necessary and only for the purposes for which it was supplied. In order for us to do this we may, from time to time, ask you if you wish to remain on our mailing list and be contacted about future events and activities.
